Hello, World!

My name is Lily, a fourth-year PhD in the Operaions Research Center at MIT advised by Karen Y. Zheng. I am interested in behavioral operations for social good, by incorporating human behaviors in traditional optimiztaion models, and designing incentives. I like to apply what I have learned in classroom to solve real-world problems and I interned at Blackston, and Amazon.
